Bourbon Blood Orange Marmalade BUY

Ingredients

6 pieces thick cut bacon

6 Tsp Laura Ann’s Jams Bourbon Blood Orange Jam

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Lay the strips of bacon over a foil lined cookie sheet.  Spread 1 Tsp of jam evenly over each piece of bacon.  Bake for approximately 15 minutes.  If the bacon hasn’t crisped up to your liking, allow to bake for another 5-10 minutes, checking for desired doneness.
