Cherries infused with Bulleit rye, sweet vermouth and a dash of bitters. Yep, it's a Manhattan in the form of a jam — a GOOD Manhattan, too! My family was always a Manhattan-drinking family, so this was the first cocktail I learned how to make and I have been making them since I was able to hold a bottle of booze. I guess that means this jam has been a lifetime in the making.
I HIGHLY recommend this one to cure any hangover ... and to stuff a crepe.
