1/4 c Laura Ann's Peachy Queen jam
1/4 c white balsamic vinegar
1/2 c flavorless oil (such as canola or grapeseed)
1/4-1/2 tsp vanilla extract OR 1/2 vanilla bean, scraped
Salt and pepper, to taste
This recipe will also work with other jams! Try Blackberry Bay Leaf with Sherry vinegar & thyme instead of vanilla bean. The possible combinations are never ending!
Put all the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
