Glaze (recipe below)
Colored sugar or Sprinkles of choice
1 c powdered sugar
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees (or whatever temperature is called for on the pie crust packaging).
Roll out the pie crust and square the edges. Cut into rectangles. Place 1 tablespoon of jam in the center of a rectangle and top with another piece of crust. Crimp all four edges. Repeat until all of the pie crust is used.
Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for about 7 to 8 minutes, or until slightly brown. Once cool, pour glaze* over and decorate with colored sugar. ENJOY!
*To make glaze, place powdered sugar in a bowl and slowly add milk until it has consistency of thick syrup. OR, make a glaze with lightly beaten egg whites sprinkled with sugar.
