Well, today I am making my Magic Mustard for a good friend. She says that she can’t make her famous southern ham glaze without it. It is truly SO amazing that I have been talked into sharing it with the public this year. This mustard magicly goes with everything. Makes great dressings – I don’t know what i woud do without it,
I feel funny making a “mustard” section on my jam site with one flavor. Perhaps I’ll work on some other fun mustards this year. Any requests?
