It is a little warm here in beautiful Echo Park, Los Angeles so I also decided to make ice cream. While in Paris I stopped by Angelina Cafe and bought some of their hot chocolate mix to bring home. It was a little hot today for coco, so, feeling nostalgic for Paris, I made ice cream out of the mix. I put a little of the spiced cherry preserves on the top and had the most AMAZING little treat.
Chocolate & cherries are as heavenly in Los Angeles as they are in Paris.
