Yesterday I was over at Origami Vinyl chatting up the boys. I was telling them about the "jam session" last Saturday and how everyone LOVED the Origami Vinyl's Blueberry Basil. We were discussing having an event at El Prado, which is a wine and cheese place in Echo Park, so I asked them what kind of jam they would want on cheese. Without missing a beat "PINEAPPLE JALAPENO!" Sean blurted out.
I LOVE a good cooking challenge so today I planned to try it out. Their idea sounded like a pizza topping so I thought I would also add some little cherry tomato slices to half the batch to see what one we like better. I'm going to take them over to the record store as soon as they cool.
