Fall is such a peaceful time, isn't it? It may be my favorite season. Here in Southern California, we don't have the technicolor display of changing foliage that the East Coast enjoys, but the trees DO turn lovely colors, and I love that sound of leaves crunching underfoot when I walk around my neighborhood. And the farmers market feels brand new because the produce is changing with the season — which means fresh inspiration for new jams! For some folks, this is a time for settling back into restful contemplation, but not us — we are BUSY! Cooking up more...
