Summer Rum Soda Spectacular

 BOOZE, ICE CREM & JAM what can go wrong!

1. Shake 1st 3 ingredients in a Boston shaker with a few ice cubes to chill
2. Pour over ice cream in a tall glass
3. top with soda water
4. top with Whipped Cream
5. garnish with strawberry
6. serve with a long spoon
