1.5 teaspoon strawberry syrah
1 sprig or about 12 thyme leaves
.75 lemon juice
Mint leaves (garnish)
Muddle thyme leaves, Jam, gin, shrub and lemon juice into a shaker then dry shake (no ice) to incorporate ingredients with jam.
Add Ice. Shake again to chill. Strain into a champagne flute, top with tonic water (about 1.5 oz). Sprig of Mint into glass for garnish.
