Paloma Pomelo Marmalade BUY

Ingredients

A VERY Chicago liquor is Malort. Most people do not think of it as delicious but it reminds ME of home. I just HAD to find a way to make a fun jam cocktail out of it - and this is what I came up with.

  • 1oz Jeppson's Malort
  • 1oz FEW breakfast gin (or your gin of choice)
  • 1oz Vya Dry Vermouth (or dry vermouth of your choice)
  • 1 bar spoon of Laura Ann's Paloma Pomelo Marmalade

Directions

 

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass till marmalade dissolves. Add a scoop of ice and chill.

You can serve UP or on the rocks.

Garnish with a twist of pomelo or grapefruit.

Then as we say in Chicago: "Up yers!"
