Blueberry Basil Salmon

Blueberry Basil Jam BUY


  1. 4 salmon fillets
  2. Laura Ann's Blueberry Basil jam
  3. Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, and place the filets skin side down in a lightly oiled shallow baking pan. 
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of Laura Ann's Jams Blueberry Basil Gourmet Spread on top of each filet.
  4. Place in the oven for 15-18 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with grilled asparagus or your favorite rice
