Think outside of the box ...
We all know peanut butter and jam are a natural combo, but sometimes even classics need a fresh twist. Try this instead of a same ol', same ol' PB&J sandwich.
Spread a generous amount of peanut butter across one of the tortillas, then cover with the second tortilla. Cook carefully over medium-high heat in a large skillet until bottom tortilla turns a golden color; using a large spatula, carefully flip over and repeat. Remove from heat before tortillas get too brown. Cut into six triangular pieces.
Spoon and of my CLASSIC JAMS or your jam of choice into a saucer or small custard bowl. Dip the peanut butter-tortilla slices in the jam. Enjoy!
