1 ⅓ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup white sugar
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
½ teaspoon dried lavender
⅔ cup of Laura Ann’s Jams Strawberry Vanilla Bean
- Heat over to 350ºF and grease a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix together butter, sugar, flour, salt, and lavender until evenly crumbly. Measure out 6 tablespoons for the topping and press the remainder of the dough onto the bottom of the pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Take pan out of the oven, top with jam and crumble the set aside dough over the top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool completely before slicing into bars. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and let come to room temperature before serving.
