Matzo Pizzas!

Just in time for Passover! 

Easy recipe with Laura Ann's Hollywood Marmalade, Goat cheese + Mint...

This one was made with love -- using a Lodge cast iron pan in a Forno Bravo Oven.

This Passover favorite -- can be baked in any kind of oven -- the hotter the oven -- the jam caramelizes a bit -- the trick is to cover the entire Matzo -- as to not burn it...


  1. Add a generous amount of jam and goat cheese to the matzo -- 
  2. Cook until all ingredients are to your liking - ad lots of fresh mint after cooking.


Can also be eaten without cooking at all!
