Citrus Season

Being the native Midwesterner that I am, I'm still amazed that here in Southern California we can stroll out the door and pluck fresh, juicy fruit right off the trees in our own backyard: grapefruits, lemons, limes, oranges, tangerines...whatever's in season. Now that winter is upon us, citrus season is officially in full bloom!  I LOVE sourcing my blood oranges & visiting the farm I always get my Valencia oranges from.
