Peanut Butter-Jam Macaroons

- 1/4 c unsalted roasted peanuts
- 1/4 c almond flour or finely ground almonds
- 1 c confectioners' sugar
- 2 large egg whites, at room temperature
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 c of any Laura Ann's Jams that you love MOST!
California Baked French Toast

Custard base
- 8ea eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup crème fraiche
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Whipped crème fraiche
- 1 cup crème fraiche
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tbsp simple syrup
Caramel Sauce
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
French toast – 12 servings
- Serving dish: small rectangle staub cast iron
- 6 slices brioche ¾” cut, cut in half to make rectangles
- Custard base
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup of your favorite jam (we used Classic Blueberry)
Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwich With Jam

- Good quality sourdough or whole grain bread, sliced
- Good quality cheese (English, Celtic or vegan Cheddar, or Gruyere), sliced or preferably shredded
- Laura Ann’s Fabulous Fig, Hollywood Marmalade or Raspberry Habanero jam (pick your fave)
- Olive oil
- Fresh rosemary or other fresh herbs, snipped
